About the role:

We are seeking a hands-on, proactive and highly independent Desktop Support Engineer to manage our IT support and operations for our Singapore office (approx. of around 15 users). The working hours are 7:30AM to 17:00PM with rotational after-hour support shared between the team. The role sits as part of a broader team responsible for global desktop support and desktop engineering.  This is a 5-day in office role.

Responsibilities:

• Support Role:
