About the Role

As part of our service team, you play an important role in ensuring that our customer's systems are in tip top shape. You'd be in charge of installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, maintenance & training.

Job Description

• Perform preventive & corrective maintenance, installations, training, upgrades & troubleshooting of various systems
• Provide technical support to our team of engineers & other departments when required
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at customer site
• Perform site reviews, surveys and inventory checks to ensure equipment and systems are in working order
• Carry out any ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned
• Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Engineering
• Good observation and analytical skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and diagrams
• Familiarity in troubleshooting techniques
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Class 2B/3 driving license and have own transport is a plus
• Able to work rotating shift if required
• Able to do standby duty and OT on short notice
• Knowledge of computer & networking would be a plus
• Working knowledge of banking & ATM related software and hardware systems would be an added advantage

Job Description:

• Conduct preventive, corrective maintenance & installation on electrical monitoring systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal system functionality.
• Proficiently interprete engineers' 2D drawings (electrical) provided by Design engineer, ensuring accurate assembly procedures.
• Execute hands-on machine assembly setups, demonstrate precision and attention to details throughout the process.
• Conduct panel wiring for product testing, ensuring functionality and adherence to specifications.
• Possess extensive knowledge in wiring AC/DC, relay systems and PLC, contributing to efficient and reliable system operations.
• Apply expertise in panel and PLC wiring setups at production lines, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Employ observational analysis to identify root causes of operational issues in devices, contribute to efficient problem-solving strategies.
• Prepare detailed service reports and provide technical feedback to Management.

• Provide assistance for the installation and commissioning of any Gas Chromatography, System and Solutions.
• Carry out service calls on a preventative and reactive basis as required, undertaking service and repair of products and systems to deliver against customers’ requirements.
