Role overview:

To support our expanding sales opportunities and pipeline, we are introducing a new role focused on supporting the development and positioning of our Professional Services in the South East Asia Region.

In this role, you will lead all services sales activities from the point when a sales opportunity has been qualified to the start of the project. • Achieving Sales Targets: You will lead your centre's team to achieve the centre's sales target.
• Delivering Service Excellence: You are responsible for ensuring that our centres operate smoothly according to our SOP, so that the service delivered is of exceptional quality.
• Building Customer Relationships: With your Customer Service team, you take the lead in building and managing strong relationships with our customers, making sure that our valuable customers are taken care of and have their needs met.

Requirement:

• Diploma or degree in any discipline
• Min. 3 years experience in the industry. Management experience preferred.
