• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding chiller operations and maintenance.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and implement effective solutions.
• Educate clients on proper operation and maintenance practices to extend the lifespan of their chiller systems.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports outlining service activities, findings, and recommendations for future improvements.
• Execute commissioning processes for new chiller installations, ensuring systems are installed correctly and functioning as designed.
• Collaborate with agent, customer and contractors to verify system performance and compliance with specifications.
• Foster a collaborative working relationship with contractors, encouraging teamwork and shared problem-solving.
• Work closely with the contractor to share knowledge, improve processes, and enhance overall service delivery.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing service tasks to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure all parties understand their responsibilities regarding safety.
• May involve working in various environmental conditions, including outdoor settings.
• Field-based role with travel to client sites. Available to respond to chiller breakdown calls during assigned standby shifts.

Requirements:

• Diploma and Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Proven experience in chiller maintenance, commissioning, or related HVAC roles (3-5 year).
• Strong technical knowledge of chiller systems, HVAC principles, and electrical controls
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

The SKILT Centre – the SpecialKids Intervention, Learning and Therapy Centre established in collaboration with SpecialKids Child Health & Development Clinic, provides a holistic series of programmes that target individuals aged 2 and upwards, through teenage years.

Role

As a Service Relation Officer, you will be the first point of contact for telephone, email, in-person, WhatsApp, and any other communication channel adopted.

Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and meet people coming into The SKILT Centre and direct them to appropriate areas
• Efficient handling of call inquiries and providing general information of services in The SKILT centre
• ·Screen telephone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and any other communication method adopted, record and relay messages
• Administer registration, take referrals, schedule appointments, and maintain efficient appointments time slots and package sessions
• Generate and calculate invoice, record, collect payment, and issuance of receipts on time
• Handle changes in billing, refunds, and credits.
• Handle closing, settlement, and payment collection
• Provide cross-coverage of other Service Relations Officer who may be on leave.
• Support operation functions as and when needed
• Monitor general hygiene and cleanliness of The SKILT Centre
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirement

• Fresh Diploma holders are welcome
• GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent with 2 years’ working experience in administration, customer service and/or receptionist role
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to speak mandarin to mandarin speaking parents
• Positive working attitude and customer centric mindset
• Customer service mindset
• Meticulous and organised with attention to detail

•Overseee the daily operations of a community-based student care centre.

•Mentor , lead and motivate staff in their work.

•Plan for manpower and logistics.

•Handle fees payment and follow up on fees arrears .

•Handle enquires and provide regular feedback for parents

•Plan and manage centre events

•Mon - Fri 10 am to 7 pm ( West of Singapore )

Qualifications

•Diploam ( in education/ management and related fields )

•Experience in the education sector preferred.

•Strong communication skills

•Proficiency in Microsoft office and able to learn quickly the ropes of Student Management Systems.
