Main Purpose of Job
To manage the overall process of inducting new Partners and their support staff in relation to the SJP systems and processes. You will support the Partnership to ensure that they are able to process new business efficiently and will identify any improvements that can be made to the process. Working in conjunction with the Partnership Development Manager’s you will also ensure the quality of documentation in relation to suitability letters and the completion of application forms are all completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities of the Job
- Manage the onboarding of partners and supporting staff on all SJP systems and processes.
- Drive internal management reporting that provide analysis to ensure quality submission of documents and efficient workflow are achieved.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Drive changes and improvements in the client experience (from front to back) through various initiatives / projects.
- Manage and assist implementation and subsequent usage of SJP’s internal platforms as well as change of process flow
- Work alongside the Partnership Development Manager to ensure Partners understand the advice guidance process to advise their clients. You will need to train best practice around process and quality of advice documentation ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Manage escalations and assist with issues from Partners and Advisers; provide resolution in a timely manner
- Provide regular communication and sharing sessions to Partners regarding latest documentation, process flows and best practice updates
- Actively share information with the team, ensuring team understanding is aligned with business priorities and opportunities
Requirements of the Job
Job Knowledge:
• Degree holder
• Relevant qualifications for the wealth management industry is desirable
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Experience in wealth management industry required
• Strong command in IT – Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Experience in Salesforce is mandatory
• Project Management experience is a plus
