We are looking for contract Patient Service Associate (PSA) to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry.

Job Description:

• Responsible for patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front desk operations, including billing and payments.
• Assist patients with inquiries, guide them through the healthcare system, and maintain medical records in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to facilitate patient care and provide excellent customer service to ensure positive patient experiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels / Nitec / Diploma
• Minimum customer service experience required.
• Candidates without healthcare experiences are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

Our Client is a leader in the Manufacturing industry in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Service Engineer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product servicing and repairs.
• Follow the quality standards and repair protocols of the company.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of repaired units to ensure key parameters are met.
• Carry out installation and troubleshooting activities at both workshop and customer sites.
• Prepare service reports upon completing each job.
• Any Ad-hoc duty as given

Requirement

• Min Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or Engineering
• Min 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing servicing industry
• Soldering experience will be added bonus
