• Liaises with owners, Equipment designers, SURF contractors, , statutory and classification authorities for design compliance review and approval on the proposed project plans in meeting project requirements
• Generates and reviews the reports on work progress for submission to owners, statutory and classification authorities for approval and maintains project database for future references
• Preparation of technical specification (TS) for complex riser related packages.
• Technical bid evaluation (TBE) of vendor proposals to aid selection of most suitable proposal for the project.
• Reviews Vendor deliverables
• Manages & Liaises with the selected vendor to deliver the package meeting all the project requirements in a safe and cost-effective manner meeting the schedule.
• Provides engineering inputs to commercial, production and project team members on all aspects to procurement, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/ Offshore and Marine Engineering or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in Procurement, Planning, Designing, Integration of Subsea/Riser interface design in the oil & gas industry
• Experienced in engineering pre-commissioning and commissioning activities in package
• Possesses good interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving skills
