Role Description

We are looking for a self-starting, cheerful, client-centric, and helpful individual to join our team. The Customer Service Executives assist our team of Real Estate Consultants by answering inbound enquiries, qualifying buyers and tenants, and coordinating viewings. Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Standby/Onsite to attend to service calls and customers’ needs
• Project coordination involving handling progress schedule of projects, assist with schedule and placement of work orders of new/ongoing projects
• Site inspection and ensure the quality of work are achieved and comply with authorities/customers’ needs
