What the day will look like

Broker Support

• Co-ordinate the technical requirements/needs of the clients and reinsurers and deliver Aon projects to reflect these.
• Build and maintain regular contact with clients and reinsurers in a proactive manner to mitigate potential risks/problems or develop opportunities.
• Initiate/review/prepare reinsurance submissions/underwriting narrative/debriefs using proprietary technical knowledge.
• Provide technical support to service reinsurance placements: assisting brokers with new business opportunities, renewals, and mid-term adjustments.
• Update reinsurance placement activity on broker systems – processing data accurately and promptly.
• Preparing and checking contracts / endorsements / invoices.
• Work with internal departments to ensure prompt billing and timely issuance of documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to manage credit control for outstanding payments.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate governance.
• Communication and collaboration with clients and reinsurers: building relationships.

Job Summary

The Customer Support Director (CSD) is responsible for overall regional customer support topics and acts as the second level escalation to all customer complaints; they are the customer advocate within Safran Cabin Services. The CSD shall ensure that the respective teams monitor and measure spare and repair management through backlog alignment, identify support solutions to prevent delays in shipping of goods.

The CSD is responsible for managing customer satisfaction by means of internal and external performance scorecards and indicators. The CSD will accompany their respective team members to on-site customer visits throughout their region of responsibility throughout North & South America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of the regional customer service experience and implements effective processes and procedures for Customer Support Managers to interact with customers.

The Director of Patient Support Services (PSS) is responsible for the overall management and performance of the hospital patient support services. You will oversee all areas, including business office, patient service centre, customer experience and medical records office. Your strategic vision, operational expertise, and commitment to customer experience will be instrumental in ensuring patients receive timely access to the services they need, while optimizing hospital capacity and revenue.

Leadership & Management

1. Provide leadership to a team of HODs and BU leads in the patient support services, including business office, patient service centre, customer experience and medical records office.
2. Develop and implement effective policies and procedures for all departments under the patient support service.

Operations

1. Oversee the patient billing and collection process, ensuring accurate and timely claim submission and revenue collection.
