Description

• Provide 1st and 2nd Level IT Support to end-users
• Provide end-user IT support for both local and remote locations daily to ensure smooth business operations, including end-user computing device performance monitoring
• Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, workstations, applications and other related equipment and devices
• Perform IT asset lifecycle management, including tech refresh, preventive maintenance (e.g., laptops / Printers) and software license monitoring
• Responsible for the procurement of IT equipment, software and related products, including administering procurement processes and supporting in requirements scoping and evaluation
• Manage IT vendors (service quality, feedback, improvements) and service contracts
• Provide assistance in the implementation of new end-user computing technologies

Requirements
