Job Description:

• Good knowledge of desktop support for both hardware and software
• Basic diagnosis and provide support to resolve issues related to M365, Active Directory, and Windows Operating System
• Single point of contact for end users to log incident and service requests via email and hotline
• Ensuring user queries or issues are captured and validated for further processing
• Co-ordinate with different support team (including vendor coordination) to ensure issue resolved with proper resolution recorded
• Follow SOP and Policy defined
• Escalates next level of technical support for incident resolution, as appropriate
• Monitors the progress and status of all open tickets toward incident resolution ad requests fulfilment
• Monitors and keeps customers/users informed of ticket status and updates at agreed intervals, till ticket closure
• Responsible to produce breaching and ageing reports for tickets logged by Service Desk
• Responsible for Call logging, Call Assignment, Incident Management & Coordination, Call Tracking and follow‐up till closure within agreed SLA
• Implementing best practices to reduce time and increase efficiency
• Incident ownership, monitoring, tracking and communication with all parties
• Focus on First Call resolution to ensure early closure of tickets

Requirements:

• Minimum higher NITEC or Diploma in IT related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant in IT service desk experience
• L2 desktop troubleshooting skillset
• Possess good customer service, communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Possess good phone etiquette

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist patients with registration and payment via app and self-service kiosk.
• Advice patients on the applications available in the OneNUHS app.
• Ensure effective coordination of care in providing a pleasant patient experience journey at outpatient services.
• Provide hassle-free experience in handling patients’ enquiries such as appointments, payment, co-ordination of services, etc via email or phone as required.
• Provide chaperone assistance and assist in simple clinic procedures in the consultation room.
• Assist in administrative and technical support in teleconsultation services.
• Provide a pleasant environment in ensuring operational readiness of clinic in overall décor, cleanliness, updated materials, etc.
• Participate in service quality initiatives.

Requirements

Service Delivery

Execute after sales business activity preventive & condition based maintenance, trouble-shooting, repairs andcommissioning.

Actively coordinate with operation supervisors for optimal service potentials from regular customer interactions.

Proactively involve in self learning and practical exposure for continuous competence and productivityimprovement.

Maintain high level of personal leadership on safety and quality on work performed as well as documentations.

Requirements

• Diploma, ITC or equivalent in Electrical/Electronicsengineering with at least 5 years hands on repair andservice experience on electrical equipment.
• Experience on LV & MV VFD will be an advantage
• Strong electrical or electronics engineeringfundamental knowledge. Knowledge on theory,structure, application, testing methodology andcomponent fault diagnosis/analysis will be addedadvantage.

1. Incident Management

• To log all incidents (either via phone or email) into the Incident Management System and taking ownership of incidents and service requests from end user and ensure follow up and resolving the tickets within agreed SLA timeline
• Provide 1st level support and resolution to technical issues involving desktop clients, standard and client applications, and hardware issue
• Provide technical service to end users, troubleshooting issues related to personal computers, applications and IP phones
• Perform remote assistance through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• To follow through all the necessary escalation to L2 or 3rd Party hardware vendor and also to Team Lead
• Single point of contact between end-users, next level support until issue is resolved
• To ensure all the information entered into the Incident Management System are accurate and complete

2. Asset Management

• Setup of new desktops and laptops in accordance to organisation policy
• Ensure all desktops / laptops and IT peripherals deployed are in working condition else rectification to be done
• Ensure the accuracy of the asset information such as all are tagged and recorded into the asset database accompanied by necessary form duly signed
• Report any discrepancy of data to Team Lead

3. Desktop Software/Patch Management

• To assist in the testing and rollout of the software / patches to all desktops / laptops
• Work closely and provide technical support to other IT teams as required
• Provide daily /weekly/ monthly update on the progress

4. Job Request

• Understand the user requirement, provide recommendation and solution to the user within SLA
• Provide timely updates on the status of the request assigned

5. Miscellaneous

• Primary support for data centre facility management
• Secondary network support with focus on data point provisioning
• Level-1 network troubleshooting for CCTV and IP Unified communication
• Perform administrative and other tasks as deemed necessary by the Team Lead
