Job Description
General Duties:
The Student Support Executive will work closely with the form/subject teachers, under the guidance of YH,AYH & SH/SM, to:
• Support the teachers in the classroom
• Assist with classroom routines and administrative matters
• Assist in organising and maintaining a structured classroom environment.
• Facilitate the use of learning materials that support students’ learning.
• Maintain open communication with the classroom teacher, sharing observations, concerns, and successes related to students.
Requirements
• Possess at least a Diploma (preferably in Early Childhood Care & Education)
• Prior experience as a Student Support Executive or experience in teaching would be an added advantage
• Energetic and passionate to work with children
• Strong communication (writing and speaking) and administrative skills
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
Working hours
• Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 2:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, School holidays and gazetted public holidays

· Contract Period: From 1 April 2024 to 31 Mar 2025
· With option to extend (Discretion)
· This is an outsource role
