Do you have what it takes?

• Validated experience working in CPG/ FMCG/Toy/Luxury/Sports & Apparel industry
• Demonstrates good understanding of E2E supply chain operations from factory to customer shelves
• Proven track-record in proactively driving outcomes, team collaboration, communicating effectively with collaborators, and influencing skills
• Demonstrated examples in leading continuous improvement projects, good knowledge on logistics cost drivers, and experienced in managing trade-offs within the value chain
• Experienced in project management and exposed to managing a diverse set of collaborator groups
• Ability to work with a remote functional team and ability to thrive in a diverse, multi-cultural organization sitting across different geographies, cultures, and time zones
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and take judgment calls
• Proficiency in Korean language will be needed in the role to support the KR business
• Previous working experience in Toy industry or functional experience working for Sales, Customer Service, and/or Customer Development work
• Previous experience using SAP and other advanced features/tools from Microsoft like power BI
• Experience in Agile project management methodology will be valuable
• Multi-lingual skills (English, Japanese, Korean, Chinese) will be a big plus
• Relocation support is not offered for this role

• Correspond with customers and third parties/contractors on project / customer requirement.
