Job Description

• Support the CEO in executing Company policies and management plans;
• Assess risks and work with CEO and directors to develop appropriate management plans to meet the long-term and short-term goals of the Company;
• Research on and maintain a deep knowledge and understanding of the markets and industry in the target countries;
• Coordinate with the local team, the group companies and various stakeholders;
• Report to parent company in Japan, and execute business strategies as required;
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements;
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets;
• Review business statistics and formulate appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results;
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services;
• Any other duties, as required by the business needs of the Company

Job Requirements

• At least 15 years relevant experience in logistics/supply chain industry;
• Records of successful distribution and logistics management;
• Proficiency in standard logistics software;
• Strong ability to execute desired framework, policies and guidelines for the Company;
• High proficiency in Business level Japanese skill (both written and spoken) to report to parent company in Japan, and liaise with group companies and shareholders;
• Team player and ability to maintain positive working relationship with internal and external parties;
• Excellent commincation skills;
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills;
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

1. Oversee the entire event lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting to execution and post-event evaluation.
2. Lead and manage a team of event coordinators, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and task delegation.
3. Ensuring timely delivery of services.
4. Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, setup, equipment rentals, and transportation.
5. Identify and assess potential risks associated with the event and implement mitigation strategies.
6. Anticipate and resolve issues that may arise during the event, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruptions.
7. Evaluate event performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes for future events.
