The Job:

• Greet and welcome visitors at the office reception and direct to appropriate person/meeting room/office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Keep reception area tidy and presentable and ensure all displays are in working order
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries
• Serve drinks to visitors and tidy meeting rooms after use
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access to non-public areas via the reception desk
• Coordinate procurement of office supplies and perform administrative office duties
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

The Requirements:

• Min LCCI/ Min GCE O Level with 1- 2years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
