• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in service delivery processes and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT support, business units, and external vendors, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assisting the project manager to lead project implementation which includes ensuring project adheres to schedule, timeline and risk management
• Maintaining prompt communication and timely reports to business stakeholders on project status while monitoring project progress on issues such as quality, costs, planning and resources.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 3 years of experience in IT Service Management / business engagement / external vendor or IT project management.

• Perform end user IT Support
• Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems
• Support Windows OS, office software, and other Desktop Related Software & Hardware Respond promptly to incident,
• investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated
• Liaise with support vendors for maintenance, support or issues resolution
• Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade project

• Support the Chief Data Officer (CDO) / Data Protection Officer (DPO) in handling of data sharing request in accordance with AIC’s Data Sharing Framework
• To manage and ensure continued relevance and application of the AIC Information Management Policy across division’s processes
• To manage and review data protection compliance related aspects throughout the organisation, with an emphasis on compliance by AIC’s partners. (includes engaging and developing suitable data sharing agreements with partners, doing process reviews…etc)
• Support and manage internal divisions and AIC’s partners in their journey towards continued improvements for an enhanced governance process in managing classified information and personal identifiable data. Responsibilities include:Developing and executing a standardised approach for data governance compliance
  Conduct reviews and periodic audits to ensure continued adherence with Data Protection approaches
  Develop materials to support communication efforts and creation of awareness
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree (Information Science / Business Management)
• Minimally 5 years of experience handling information management and governance aspects
• Familiarity with the Government Instruction Manual (data management chapters) OR the Personal Data Protection Act (2012) and experienced in working within a Chief Data Officer (CDO) / Data Protection Officer (DPO) or similar would be beneficial
• Involvement in data management initiatives such as managing the collection, user and disposal of data through detailed Data Inventory Maps and processes to review data protection measures for the organization
• Process thinking; and Workflow approach would be beneficial
