As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing day to day support of medium scale maintenance projects meeting customer’s requirements and Service Level Agreements.

The activities include ensuring that the team conduct health check, conduct application monitoring, handle customer queries, investigate incidents reported, resolve the incidents and apply fixes and also to ensure that incidents reported are tracked and resolved till closure and to assist in training and guiding junior team members.

What will you do?

Responsibilities and Duties

To coordinate in setting up Infrastructure and support Application Infra needs

Ensure Operating system, Middleware, Database performance ,Security /Bug fix patches , EOS and security (ISCD) compliance in accordance to the bank standards

• Stay updated on automotive technology, repair techniques, and industry best practices, with a focus on Porsche vehicle systems by participating in on-the-job training and certification programs as needed. 

• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) are preferred 

• Experience as automotive service technician, specifically with Porsche vehicles, along with knowledge of Porsche’s mechanical and electronic vehicle systems or manufacturer-specific training in Porsche service and repair is highly preferred  

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in diagnostic tools and repair equipment, particularly with Porsche models 
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to providing high-quality work 

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team 

• Physical capability to lift up to 20kg and perform tasks associated with automotive repair 

• Possess a Class 3 Driving License with at least 4 years of driving experience

Biosearch Technologies is currently recruiting for a field service engineer II to join us in providing front-line technical support to our repertoire of genomics platform and consumables as described above.

With a focus on always putting customers first, our Field Service Engineer is expected to work closely with our regional customer base to ensure maximum equipment uptime, software optimal utilization, training and troubleshooting functions. 

Field Service Engineer is expected to be a role model and poise to mentor and develop junior service engineers on the day-to-day activities, coaching sessions and able to report and assign task to juniors and self and provide reports back to global service leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong service support rapport with regional key account customers in APAC.
• Site Preparation; instrument Installations; training; troubleshooting, preventative maintenance as core task
• Facilitating service contract proposals and tracking as and when required.
• Function as an integral part of a wider global support team to offer “In Time zone 24/7” emergency service support call and troubleshooting assistance as and when assigned with urgent breakdown call with overnight travel either regionally or globally.    
• Train and support customer in the application of “SFDC sales force” CRM platform as a service case tool to record and track service cases
• Support the generation of training aids and technical documentations as required
• Provide timely and concise Pre/Post trip reports and SFDC updates to maintain proper customer CRM records
• Work closely with the commercial and customer service team to ensure prompt and responsive customer support in building strong customer allegiance for the LGC, D&G branding.
• After normal office hours on-call support assignments (global support rotation) as part of a global technical support framework.

• The individual will be responsible for instrument commissioning, training, test and repair of equipment, and preventative maintenance.
• Expected to mentor junior field service engineers in problem resolution.

• This position is responsible to effectively communicate instrument status, issues, and customer complaints and needs to appropriate managers and internal resources.  Will be responsible to proactively take ownership and follow-through with generated issues or complaints reported from themselves, as assigned, or from junior service engineers.

Attend and respond to incoming Calls, Emails and Call-Back requests, Live Chats (if applicable to the supported Project),

within Service Levels and to deliver pleasant Customer Experiences

Follow-up on all outstanding incidents/cases

Logged all calls reported into the case management system.

Maintains and accurately update customer’s enquiry, problem and resolution into the case management system.

The following would depend on the experience of the candidate and on need basis:

Generates management reports.

Provides assistance and guidance to junior colleagues.

Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Years/Type of Experience:

Minimum 1 year of call center experience

Having good communication skills (speaking and writing)

Ability to multi-task e.g. on the call and keying in to the ticketing system at the same time. We operate on a leveraging shared model where CSOs/Agents support more than 1 project.

Interested with policy and procedures, application/eService usage and/or transaction behaviour support in Contact Centre via phone, email, online and digital platform.

Working Hours

Able to work staggered office hours on rotation and 5.5-day work per week (alternate Saturdays and 5th Saturdays)

Staggered office hours for Mon to Fri: 8 am – 5 pm, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm, 9 am – 6 pm, or 11 am – 8 pm

Staggered office hours for Saturday : 8 am – 12 pm, 8.30 am – 12.30pm, 9 am – 1 pm or 10 am – 2 pm
