• Review of operation data to submit mileage claims via LTA system in a timely and accurate manner
• Liaise with relevant parties within the company for information required for mileage claims
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Execs that are related to mileage claims

• Serve patients refreshments and attend to their requests quickly and accurately.
• Sees patients off when they leave and remind them to take their belongings.
• Keep countertops and floor in service areas clean and sanitary.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ Level with a Certificate is an advantage
• At least 1 year of work experience in service or F&B industry is preferred
• Candidates with no working experience are also considered as training will be provided
• Pleasant personality with well-groomed, clean, and professional appearance
• Good team player, self-motivated and with ability to work independently
• 5.5 days office hours, saturday half day
• May be required to rotate between clinics

Description:

• Create and update equipment card, service contracts, service calls in SAP system
• Check, sort and process invoices and verify them against SAP system
• Review purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy

Requirements:

• Able to use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
• 1 to 2 years exp in procurement / order processing / supply chain / customer service / / logistics / admin
• SAP experience will be an advantage
