Location: Yishun
Working Hrs: 42.5hrs/weekly
Responsibilities:
1. Front desk customer service for Primary School and MOE Kindergarten
2. Answer phone calls, attend to visitors, and respond to enquiries
3. Maintain customer information and communicate with teachers
4. Handle student needs, including first aid and lost & found items
5. Assist with receiving goods and mail
6. Assist with distributing brochures and information to teachers and students
7. Manage inventory of spare uniforms and first aid items
8. Update attendance system and organisational chart
9. Perform other duties as assigned by school leaders and administrative staff
Qualifications:
1.Minimum 3 GCE “N” Level Passes including English and Mother Tongue language.
2.Must be proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel.
3.Possess customer service oriented disposition with good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Shall have at least 3 years of relevant experience in administrative role and/or front desk reception, preferably with prior working experience in an educational institution.
5.Able to relate well with young children.
