Active member of a global virtual team, who in turn is responsible for:

• Executive End User IT Support of C-level executives and their executive administrators, plus all VIPs (job group 7 and higher)
• Meeting concierge services (internal, external & remote)
• Possible support of BD Board of Directors-on and offsite Meeting support, IT support Executive’s and Executive Administrator’s mobile device maintenance, configuration and procurement
• Office hardware installation, maintenance, configuration and procurement
• Partner with Executive Administrators with meeting support and consultations, onboarding and assisting new executive hires and maintaining customer confidentiality in all ways.
• Partnering with the Global Executive Support team to facilitate large scale events both online, onsite and offsite.
• May include evening work and/or weekend work occasionally.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor Degree required in Computer Science, Business, or applicable certifications with 5 years of service desk and/or customer service experience.
• 5+ years of I.T. experience in a team environment, preferably in an executive support type capacity.
• MS certified, ITIL certified, Six Sigma certified (preferred)
• Experience of working alongside C-level corporate executives in a polished, professional manner.
• Solid experience in C-level executive IT support services; 5+ years of corporate experience
• Experience in a virtual team, self-motivated work environment.
• Experience with large-scale events and mixed venues, audio visual meeting room systems and supporting technologies for meetings of up to 10,000 attendees virtually.
• Collaboration solutions, such as MS-Teams, MS Live and Town Hall platforms.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent Communication skills, polished, professional appearance and demeanor.

Mandatory Skill-set

• At least Diploma in Computer Science or IT;
• At least 1-2 year of experience in Data Centre Facility Management;
• Experience in Data Centre such as storage, servers;
• Experience working on 24*7 Mission Critical environment;
• Strong understanding of incident, problem and change management procedure;
• Good knowledge and experience in IP Network, switches, routers;
• Experience in rack and stack of IT equipment;
• Conversant in Microsoft Office Applications;
• Familiarity with structured cabling system and its related components;
• Proactive, responsible, good work attitude and a team player;
• Good interpersonal communication and documentation skills.

Desired Skill-set

• ITIL Certified;
• Work experience in banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing daily operations and administrative tasks within a data center environment;
• Coordinate with data center/building landlords to ensure efficient operation of electricity, HVAC systems, and monitoring environment within critical IT facilities at Mission Critical IT facilities in the Data Center;
• Promptly escalate incidents following standard incident procedures;
• Participate in equipment relocation, replacement, and removal activities;
• Conduct system maintenance and generate regular reports;
• Offer onsite supervision for all critical facility maintenance activities;
• Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary corrective or preventive actions;
• Perform any additional tasks assigned as needed.
