• To greet and welcome visitors, manage Visitor Management System to register them, assist visitors and staff in a professional and courteous manner
• Perform proper opening and closing procedures for reception areas and manage day to day aspects of visitors operations and able to work beyond office hours when needed
• Work with Service assistants to ensure meeting rooms are timely refreshed and that visitors are promptly attended to by meeting hosts
• Provide liaising assistance for events and logistics-related queries

• Greet customers
• Taking of orders and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude
• Answering questions about the menu and other promotions.
• Cashiering duties
• Ensure outlet cleanliness daily by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Handle guests’ concerns and queries professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.
• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
