Salary: Competitive Salary + 10% bonus, DOE

We are looking for someone to:
Have knowledge and experience in Salesforce and Mulesoft support, application support, and service maintenance.
- Ticket Troubleshooting
- Service Request Management (Misc, Data Cleanup, Case Ownership updates, Case Assignment Rules Changes)
- Content creation, content updates, and knowledge management (Salesforce Knowledge Base and Approval Process)
- Basic admin and configuration issues in SFDC (Service Request on basic tickets raised by users like CURD operations, View setup and configuration and manage users, profiles, roles, proactive monitoring for batch jobs, permission sets management, territory management, creating records)
- User provisioning, standard report/dashboard generation, and simple data fixes.
- Omni Channel Skill updates.
- Medalia Agent on/off-boarding (Data/integration issues on Medalia side; Data fixes in Salesforce)
- Salesforce IP Whitelisting updates.
- Mulesoft support requirements (Troubleshooting based on Mulesoft alerts notifications, search logs, monitoring, gathering more info around the issue)

Some stuff you need:
- Experience in Salesforce Application Technical/Engineering Support Scope:Knowledge of Salesforce Omini-Channel Routing, preferably skills-based routing.
Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud.
Ability to troubleshoot via SOQL.
Knowledge of LWC.
Ability to read through Apex Code.
Knowledge of Live Agents and WhatsApp.
- Experience in Salesforce Application Management/Administration Scope:Knowledge of Service Console.
Knowledge of setting up and customizing Omni Channel, Chats, Messaging channels, etc.
Good understanding of Page Layouts, Record Types, and Picklist dependency.
Able to provide/revoke access, and manage profiles, roles, and permission sets groups.
Ability to read and debug flows, and validation rules.
Create and Modify reports and dashboards.
- Experience in Mulesoft Technical/Engineering Support Scope:Knowledge of Anypoint Platform (CloudHub)
Ability to troubleshoot using Anypoint Monitoring.
Ability to invoke APIs using tools like Postman/Swagger.
Understanding of API spec standards such as RAML/OAS.
Ability to run and debug Mule applications for RC analysis.
Understanding of Object Stores and Queues.
Nice to have:
- Salesforce and Mulesoft qualified, certifications, etc.
- Development experience.
- Experience in techno-functional Salesforce and Mulesoft
