Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the entire project cycle, from conceptual design to implementation and post-launch support.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure projects comply with technical specifications, budget constraints and environmental regulations.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and technological advancements and integrate best practices into our operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5years of experience in the filtration and separation industry with a proven track record of leading successful engineering projects.
• Deep knowledge of filtration technology, materials science and fluid dynamics.

Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for the overall layout, design and illustrative/graphic/visuals for digital and traditional media (e.g. websites, magazines, labels, signage etc.) to communicate ideas that inspire, inform or captivate consumers.

Highlights

Salary: Up $2700 + $100 Transport Allowance + AWS + VB + Incentives

Duration: 2 Years Contract Extendable/Convertible to Perms

Working Days/Hours (depend on assignment):

• 5-day work week shift work, required to work on weekends
• 8.00am – 5.30pm / 8.30am – 6.00pm, off on PH

*Remark: Not allow using phones during working hours due to Private & Confidential (P&C) documents

Responsibilities:

• Attend to enquiries, primarily incoming calls through the hotline or other channels such as email
• Understand customer’s needs and provide quick, accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries
• Point to point enquiries from customer
• Perform out bound calls to customers who leave callback
• Ensure proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system
• Meet/exceed all individual and team key performance indicators (KPI) set by the management
• Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
• Able to work during weekend and perform OT when necessary
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors

Requirements:

• Have previous experience in Call Centre is highly preferred or Customer Service experience
• Mandarin speaking to liaise with Chinese speaking customers
• A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
