Job Role & Responsibilities

• Meet and greet parents, students and visitors at the school
• Provide proper information about school fees and programs
• Manage students information
• Issue invoices, collect school fees and issue receipts
• Purchase items from suppliers for capital expenditures, kitchen, stationery, events, etcPrepare Expenditure Requisition Forms and obtain price quotations from suppliers

Job Requirements

Customer Experience

• To build service relationships with clients.
• Single point of contract (SPOC) on operations matters.
• Oversee day-to-day fault management for critical/esclated incidents (24x7 on escalation call).

• Conduct monthly network performance review that basically covers the following:
• Previous meeting minutes.
• Present monthly network availability report.
• Develop improvement plan on prolong outages, found no fault, repeated fault, chronic problem, etc.
• Update or review any improvement plan.
• Recommend network enhancement initiatives.

Service Improvement

• Continuously look for new ways to improve the technical and customer relationship grade of services to improve customer satisfaction.

Skills for Success:

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-3 years in the Telecommunications industry in the Operational and/or Service Delivery field.
• Knowledge in Network Protocol and Networking WAN technologies(e.g.: Network Protocol: OSPF, BGP, etc).

Objective / Purpose of the Job

Admin Duties

- Customer service at the front desk attending to walk in enquiries and phone calls/messages

- Daily receiving of payment and check of clinic payments against invoices

- Daily entry and recording of invoices into the accounting system for timely and accurate payments to clients and vendors.

- Cross-check invoices across accounting records

- Maintain filing records effectively, including monthly statements of expenses and accounts from clients and vendors.

- Manage the clinic’s general stationery, pantry and inventory supplies.

- Daily basic house keeping duties
