Our Client, operating a newly open high class Tea Shop is looking for a Shop Manager to manage the operations of the Shop.

Job Scope

• Oversee daily operations of both retail and F&B sections, ensuring high service standards and smooth workflows.
• Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels for tea products and F&B items, optimizing sales.
• Drive sales targets and promotions while maintaining brand aesthetics and luxury experiences.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in both retail and F&B areas.
• Handle financial reporting, including budgeting, P&L, and cost control.
• Build strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and elevate the tea shop’s premium image.

Requirement

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail and F&B management,
• Candidate without Tea Experience is welcome to join (Must have interest to learn about Tea)
• Candidate who has experience working in High End Hotel will have an added advantage
• Strong leadership and team management skills, emphasizing premium customer service.
• Proven ability to manage inventory, sales targets, and financial performance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Tea Shop Manager to lead the development and management of our new high-end tea retail outlet from scratch. The individual will be responsible for setting up all aspects of the store operations, including selecting and procuring high-quality tea and related products, designing the store layout, recruiting and training staff, devising marketing strategies, managing inventory and budget, and ensuring that customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design and set up the store layout and all aspects of the store operations
• Select and procure high-quality tea and related products
• Recruit and train staff to provide excellent customer service and tea product knowledge
• Devise marketing strategies to promote the store and increase sales
• Manage inventory and budget to ensure profitability
• Ensure that the store is always clean, organized, and appealing to customers
• Make adjustments based on customer feedback to improve store operations and enhance the customer experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• At least 5 years of retail management experience, with Strong experience selling Chinese Tea
• In-depth knowledge and experience with tea culture, particularly Chinese tea such as West Lake Longjing, Fuding White Tea, and Yunnan Pu'er Cha
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time
• Experience driving sales and achieving goals
• Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting software
