JOB ROLE

Assist superior in the Human Resource, Training and Development functions.

Training Administration

• Raise training request, collate, and prepare training nomination form for participants
• Monitor and collate results for Training Evaluation
• Monitor and collate results for Post Training Evaluation
• Analyse feedback and evaluate training effectiveness
• Work with inter-department(s) on non-curriculum training
• Work with curriculum department on curriculum training
• Maintain records of training activities and participants' progress

CPD Hours

• Monitor and ensure teachers fulfil minimum CPD hours requirement

ONE@ECDA

• Coordination of ONE@ECDA system between HQ & Centres
• Update and approval of ONE@ECDA Training Courses
• Updates of External/Internal Trainings on ONE@ECDA for HQ & Centres’ Staff

Reporting / Audit

• Audit training records when requested

Filling

• Organise and maintain documentation for all training courses
• Retrieve files as requested by employees or management
• Retrieve documents and ensure they are stored correctly
• Perform routine checks to ensure that files are complete and up to date

Others

• Undertake any other adhoc duties or projects as assigned by Supervisor.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.

AlwaysHired is representing our established client in the early childhood education space to recruit for a Quality Assurance Executive for Regulatory & Standards responsibilities. This position will be supporting their team onsite at their HQ office.

Job Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities

• Ensure that all services offered through the centres meet or exceed internal and quality assurance guidelines.
• Conduct audits on regulatory compliances, internal processes, procedures and potential highrisk
  non-compliances areas as per Regulatory Standards.
• Involved in initiatives to implement quality measures to raise the standard of early childhood
  care and education in child care centres.
• Ensure centres’ adherence and conformity to corporate identity and guidelines.
• Ensure the team provide a safe and nurturing environment for children that encourage their
  social, emotional, physical and intellectual development.
• To escalate issues and concerns to management in a timely manner.

Licensing and SPARK certification

• Familiar with ECDC Act
• Familiar with SPARK QRS-U.
• Ensure that the centres adhere and compliance to the regulatory standards.
• Develop action plan to meet Licensing & SPARKS criteria

Policies and Procedures

• To oversee, track and monitor centre’s corrective action responses, ensuring that centre’s
  principals, supervisors and staffs follow through all corrective action plans and review the
  effectiveness of such responses.
• Motivate the team to achieve operational effectiveness, ensuring ongoing organisational
  capabilities without compromising quality standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) or related discipline.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Knowledge of quality/compliance management as well as regulations and standards in Early
  Childhood
• Experience with quality improvement systems
• Aptitude for reviewing data, strong analytical skills and meticulous
• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
