Job Description

Reporting to the Regional Education Director, this position will play a key role in driving and customizing training materials for their retail advisors across Japan in order to drive productivity and growth across the region.

Responsibilities will include:

• Plan and carry out seasonal seminars and all education programs in accordance to individual market launch strategy
• Actively plan and execute training sessions via creative means (online content, digital seminars) to engage retail advisors and increase sales excellence
• Travel across various domestic locations to educate advisors and staff on product knowledge/selling strategies to consistently enhance customers experience with the brand
• Collaborate closely with regional commercial teams to identify developmental needs for the market
• Manage all training concerns, incentive programs, workshops and conferences for staff

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, Psychology or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in a training and/or customer-facing role with strong communication skills
• Prior industry experience in Cosmetic, Beauty, Luxury Goods, Hospitality industry will be preferrable
• Prior experience in Japan education training will be highly regarded
• Enthusiastic team-player with a passion to engage different stakeholders from different backgrounds
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to travel across different domestic locations in Japan
