The opportunity:

As a Scientific Manager you will lead and coordinate research and development projects in the life sciences sector and contributing to the research and development of latest drugs in oncology.

You will have the opportunity to manage a team of scientists, setting research priorities, ensuring project timelines and objectives are met and meeting high standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

What we look for:

• PhD or Master’s in Life Sciences, Biotech, Medicine, Pharmacology, or related field.
• 5-9 years of experience as a scientist in research and development
• Experience in drug development R&D work in Oncology
• Strong data analytical skills and providing solutions to resolve complex issues
• Strong interest in Drug discovery and preclinical work
• Ability to oversee experimental design, data analysis and make data driven decisions
• Proven experience in in vitro/in vivo and animal work/models
• Track record in managing scientist team and department, support strategic planning, and demonstrate leadership, project management and scientific expertise
• Track record of scientific publications, writings and contribution to the scientific community
• Experience in research management and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Project Manager (Programme Management) – Innovation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Project Manager to lead and drive AI projects across multiple regions around the globe.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI technologies, machine learning models, data analysis, and their practical applications in business contexts towards contributing to revenue growth.

This role demands strong project management skills, including proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Global experience would be important to coordinate and implement AI projects on a multinational scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage AI projects end to end, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with global teams to identify AI opportunities, define project scope, and establish project timelines and budgets.
• Apply strong project management methodologies to monitor progress, manage issues, and ensure timely delivery of AI solutions.
• Utilise advanced data analysis techniques to obtain insights and make data-driven decisions that enhance AI model performance and business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related AI, Machine Learning field. Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) welcomed but not must.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in project management with a focus on AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and algorithms, as well as data science methodologies, and data insights for commercial application.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Wrike, Adobe Workfront, Smartsheet, Asana, Microsoft Project etc.
• Global experience managing projects across diverse regions (Worldwide)
• Be a problem-solver, have attention to detail, have a strong commercial mindset, able to drive change and be innovative.
• Certification in project management (PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, e-commerce, or telecommunications where AI plays a transformative role.
