Jobscope

• Seek confirmation from department/ staff on training programs.
• Liaise with vendor on confirmation of course and details
• Register staff for courses, send registered/confirmation notice and process payment.
• Set up classroom / coordinate with MU/housekeeping on training room matters.
• Order refreshment & inventory for in-house courses
• Assist with archival and shredding of documents
• Support learner engagement activities for core/digital learning
• Follow up with department on completion for mandatory programs
• Maintain engagement space in training room
• Maintain supplies of stationery and logistics for in-house programs
• Other HR duties may be assigned

Requirements

• Min Degree in Human Resource, Business Management
• Min HR internship experience ideally in training
