Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Global Training Manager this role is expected to execute central training programs and develop regional/local training programs for team members across departments for DEI.
• Collaborate with frontline team members across various regions to conduct comprehensive technical and soft skills training sessions.
• Facilitate communication and coordination with key stakeholders to perform skills and training needs analyses, prioritizing the development of employees at all levels.
• Gain insight into the distinctive nuances of the imaging services business to effectively implement the learning agenda.
• Strategize and implement the rollout of company-wide and obligatory training initiatives, defining timelines and target audiences across multiple locations within designated responsibilities.
• Tailor training programs to address the specific needs of diverse audiences on an ongoing basis.
• Coordinate training logistics in collaboration with Operations.
• Provide guidance to the business in identifying training requirements identified through performance appraisals.

Education & Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Training or Learning and Development.

Preferably 2-3 years of relevant training experience focusing on frontline teams in retail, hospitality, travel, and tourism sectors.

Software:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Forms. Skilled in content design tools such as Adobe, Canva, and Movie Maker.

Roles & Responsiblities

• To create , plan and run training programs for business & organizations
• Develop & implement training programs
• Assist in the practical aspect of On-the-job training (OJT) and assessments in the stores.
• Monitor and track the progress and completion of all training program.
• Maintain class records and other documentation. Ensure that the department records are following the requirement of our internal policies and procedures and the law.
• To provide the necessary training, support and follow up for all initiatives to drive new business concepts,new production launch, equipment, basic programs, and systems and to ensure successful implementation (follow-up on standards and procedures,results, and the recommendations).
• To ensure that all staffs adhere to SFA guidelines, to promptly correct and re-train team members in the outlet.
• Conducts monthly audit and action plan follow up for all outlets in accordance with the audit checklist.
• To create, track and monitor training grant claims.
• Conduct public-run or in-house training of specified Quality/ Environmental/ Food Safety/ Safety/and/or any other Management Systems
• To perform audit in any capacity in conformance with the requirements of the specified Quality/ Environmental / Food Safety /Safety and/ or any other Management Systems

Requirements

• Proven F&B management experience with a track record of success.
• Strong understanding of F & B operations, food safety and management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse training & auditing needs.

What you'll do:

You will be joining the Community Programme department, which falls under our core pillar of Prevention.

In this department, you will play an important role in educating the community on the risk factors contributing to cardiovascular disease and how they can prevent the onset of these risk factors later in life.

Responsibilities:

• Development, management and execution of community outreach and engagement events
• Oversee and ensure smooth operations at the event sites
• Foster and maintain good relationship with sponsors, partners and collaborators
• Assist in relevant ad-hoc duties and responsibilities at the Foundation

What you'll need:

• Degree or Diploma Holder in business related subjects preferred
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in event planning or community outreach programmes will be advantageous
