• Oversee and set the strategic direction for R&D and Sales, ensuring alignment with company goals to drive growth and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field.
• A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in R&D and sales within a manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in Japanese to communicate effectively with Japanese clients and headquarters.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape.
• Expertise in formulating and executing sales and R&D strategies aligned with business goals.
• Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
