• Scheduling the team’s roster
• Ensuring smooth operations on the ground
• Creating promotions for seasonal periods (e.g. public holidays)
• Extracting data from Plato (top-selling products, treatments, expiring products) when needed
• Training new therapists, consultant and receptionists on how to upsell products and treatments
• Covering therapist, consultant roles if they are on leave
• Ensure accurate tracking of clinic inventory to determine which products need to be reordered
• Ensure clinic cleanliness
• Handling other ad hoc duties assigned by management from time to time
