Your responsibilities include developing plans for the research and evaluation of person-centred initiatives, alongside coordinating and conducting studies to support the department’s initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in the recruitment and training of patients, caregivers and residents, as well as designing and collaborating on person-centred research projects with various institutes and departments. Additionally, supporting activities related to publications in media and professional journals will be a part of your remit.
You will provide technical guidance and research support in the domain of analytics and programme evaluation for events, training workshops, projects, and other initiatives. This involves participating in fieldwork and data collection for research projects as necessary, ensuring that all research studies comply with established protocols, documentation, and ethical standards.
You will be involved in outreach and network with Institutes of Higher Learning for research collaborations. Providing support for assigned projects and activities will also be a significant part of your duties.
Requirements
· Master’s Degree in Public Health / Social Sciences / Epidemiology / Statistics /Psychology or related science discipline
· Prior experience in health services research is preferred
· Experience in conducting reviews with good writing skills
· Project management experience in research domain will be advantageous
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, coordination and time management skills
