The company is a top communication school and is inviting a Research Grant Administrator (6-Month contract) to join its team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provides effective administration of research grant call applications and management of awarded grants

· Be the first-level approver and assist in providing the fastest and smoothest approver flow

· Creates weekly research e-newsletter, research related publication and develop website for research grants, projects and achievements

· Assists in organizing research talks

· Monitor deadlines for the submission of expenditure reports as well as progress and final reports

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor's degree

· 2-3 years of experience preferably from an academic institution

· Proven administrative skills including the ability to handle data with accuracy

· Excellent reporting with some finance working knowledge

· Ability to do content management and creation of information on research (Website, social media and newsletters)

We are actively seeking for a long term part-time administrator to share the working schedules with our existing administrators. He/She must be meticulous and able to do basic administrative duties, is well versed in MS Office and communicates well in English.

Fridays:

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

This position reports to the Head of Learning & Development. He/ She will learn to develop and manage our training calendar, manage records and databases, and collate budgetary information for our courses. He/ She will monitor course take-up and completion rates, coordinate learner registration and attendance, and oversee logistics and resource management. Additionally, he/ she will distribute learning materials, prepare and maintain training facilities and equipment, and support external funding applications.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop the training calendar in line with business objectives and resource and demand analyses
• Establish and implement record and database management processes
• Collate budgetary and financial information relating to running of our courses
• Consolidate data to monitor take-up rates
• Manage and coordinate learner registration and attendance tracking
• Coordinate logistics and resources across the organisation and products and services
• Distribute learning materials to learners
• Maintain training facilities and equipment
• Support external funding application processes
• Attend to stakeholder management issues
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide relevant updates
• Sourcing and management of vendors
