The Director is accountable for the overall growth and performance of the Hua Mei Training Academy under Tsao Foundation. The key focus of this role is to drive the training initiatives for clients / industry players to meet its vision, mission and operational goals. In addition, the role will need to develop, plan, lead and implement strategic plans, aligning with the Foundation's overall long-term mission.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and implementation of business plan to targeted clients, industry players and government functions.
• P&L responsibilities to drive profitable growth within the function.
• Accountable for the performance of the Training Academy's marketing, operations and development functions.
• Develop, implement and drive strategies to align with the Foundation’s plans and objectives and to achieve the desired key performance objectives and needs.
• Manage team members’ performance to achieve set performance goals through effective selection of recruits, training and development, engagement and reward system.
• Support, guide and oversee continual curriculum improvements.
• To position Hua Mei Training Academy as a leading quality provider of eldercare training in the marketplace.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with relevant compliance bodies.
• Work closely with relevant government agencies for funding and disbursement matters.
• Ensure the prompt / accurate submission of relevant reports as required.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

Relevant Experience

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in related fields such as healthcare, training providers, community-development and programme management & development
• 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
• P&L experience

• Passion for working with older persons

WSQ Course Trainer (Various Specialisation)

· Conduct course in accordance to the lesson plans as per framework

· Engage learners by refining course syllabus, delivery approaches and materials to stimulate learner’s interest

• Coach/mentor our learners based on their individual needs

· Conduct assessments to measure learning effectiveness in accordance with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) regulations

Requirement:

· Relevant experience work experience in the area of specialisation

· Possess Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advance Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)

· Minimum 3 year of experience in delivering professional training and assessment of WSQ programmes

· Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skill

· Excellent organisational and time management skills

· Able to work flexible hours, including weekday daytime, evenings, and/or weekends

• Conduct training/seminar sessions in class as well as online with various online delivery tools
• Deliver Microsoft official courses and SkillsFuture accredited courses and conduct required assessments

Job Requirements

• Microsoft Certified Trainer preferred
• (ACTA) WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (Full) or (ACLP) WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance preferred

• Must be conversant with Microsoft 365 technologies
• Strong public presentation and communication skills and a high standard of documentation
• Working or consulting experience in relevant technologies would be added advantage
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Fluent in English
• Ability to communicate and read Chinese will be desirable

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate user research activities to gather feedback on new enhancement for organization's Platform.
• Support innovation platform development process and operations such as UAT, Live Verification etc.
• Provide basic troubleshooting support to users encountering issues with the digital platform and coordinate bug triage activities.
• Manage the onboarding of new solutions onto the innovation marketplace.
• Manage and collate of statistics and reporting on product health, management reporting and project progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the end-to-end innovation processes and workflows put in place.

You will support the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Research & Education to oversee and implement the research programmes and initiatives of the National Dental Research Institute Singapore (NDRIS). Additionally, you will support the Academic Chair to oversee the academic initiatives under the Oral Health Academic Clinical Program (ORH ACP). You will be in-charge of managing research and academic support grants awarded to NDRIS and ORH ACP.
