Requirements

You will be responsible for ensuring that our team of Trainers are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver exceptional service and uphold our company’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions, both in-person and online, to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Identify skills gaps and emerging trends in the Built Environment industry to ensure our training content is up-to-date and relevant.
• Work closely with management and other departments to ensure trainer effectiveness in delivering training

Qualifications:

• Degree in any fields.
• Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role, preferably in Built Environment industry.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant industry certifications or training credentials are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
