Job Description:

· To handle new trainees in all aspects, organise and plan all upcoming classes with the team.

· To work closely with owner and relevant team, to discuss and come up with new strategies regarding sales and training methods.

· Take part, socialise and assist in events held by the company.

· Research and understand new trends in the fitness industry.

Requirements:

· CPT cert, CPR & AED

· Be able to handle group classes

· Planning and organising skills

· High communication skills

· People management skills

· Knowledge in Hyrox training, techniques and race preparation

· At least 2 years in the fitness industry

· worked with at least 100++ clients

Remuneration:

· $2500 - $4000 depending on experience and qualifications (with 2 months’ probation)

Work Location: In person

1. Evaluate clients' soft tissue condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion
2. Develop and propose client treatment plans that specify which types of massage are to be used
3. Consult with clients about their medical histories and any problems with stress and/or pain in order to determine whether massage would be helpful
   Massage and knead the muscles and soft tissues of the human body in order to provide treatment for medical conditions, injuries or wellness maintenance
4. Prepare and blend oils, and apply the blends to clients' skin
   Discuss with other health care professionals such as physiotherapists, chiropractors, physicians, and psychologists in order to develop treatment plans for clients
5. Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records of clients
   Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions
6. Experience working in a spa or therapy center environment preferred
   4+ years' experience as a professional massage therapist
   Proficient knowledge of reflexology, Swedish, prenatal, hot stone, trigger point, sports, and deep tissue massage
7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
   Exceptional computer skills
8. Great interpersonal skills
9. Dexterous and able to stand for extended periods
10. Ability to keep a well-groomed, professional appearance
11. Ability to perform massages on diverse clients
