Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced AutoCAD Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will develop high-quality educational content and deliver engaging training sessions to students pursuing a Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Module Development:

• Develop comprehensive training modules, lecture slides, and learning materials tailored to the Diploma in Civil Engineering syllabus.
• Create assessments such as quizzes, assignments, and project-based evaluations to measure student understanding and progress.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in AutoCAD and incorporate them into the training content.

Training Delivery:

• Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions, both online and in-person, covering key AutoCAD functions and applications in civil engineering projects.
• Provide practical, hands-on training to help students build proficiency in using AutoCAD software.

Scope of Work

1.Conduct ICT Courses for Students (Pri 1 to Pri 6) in:

a. New Media Literacies (e.g Curate, Connect and Create)

b. Touch Typing (School-owned software)

c. Internet Security, Subject/Content research and copyrights issues

d. School’s Learning Management System – Student Learning Space (SLS)

e. Basic Photo Editing and video creation

f. G suite Education Apps

• Google Docs/ Sheet/ Sites/ Slides
• Google Classroom
• Google Site

g. ICT Baseline Assessment

h. Web-based Collaboration tools e.g. Padlet, Kahoot, Moo-o, Mentimeter

i. Coding and Programming (e.g Scratch/ Scratch Junior/ Scratch Up/ Microbit)

2. Any other ICT related tasks and administrative duties given by School Leaders or HOD.

Qualifications, skills and experience:

1. Preferably 3 years’ experience training primary school students in ICT software and skills.
2. Preferably a Diploma or equivalent in ICT related field.
3. Proficient in Google Suite for Education (e.g Google Docs/ Sheet/ Sites/ Slides and Classroom).
4. Proficient in Coding applications (e.g. Scratch/ Scratch Junior/ Scratch Up/ Microbit).
5. Proficient in video creation skills (using video animation software like iMovies).

As a Lecture Teaching professional specializing in Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering your role is to deliver high-quality lectures and provide instruction to students pursuing a diploma in facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly passionate and responsible IELTS Trainer to join our language school. The successful candidate shall be tasked to conduct IELTS and SAT English teaching, as well as establish relationships with our students to inspire loyalty and learning progress.

Responsibilities:

• Teach IELTS/SAT to students through classroom and online sessions.
• Coach on all the modules of IELTS and SAT - Writing, Reading, Listening & Speaking.
• Devise and prepare course structure and material as required, especially for IELTS.
• Prepare and set lesson plans, classroom activities, tests, and exercises.
• Conduct mock tests, giving feedback and advising students on areas of improvement.
• Assist students with coursework through individualized instruction or classes, computer assisted instruction and self study courses.
• Contribute to ongoing programme development, curriculum development, and assessment.
• Ensure basic training decorum and discipline is maintained during the programme. Prepare and maintain reports on the improvement of student learning and scores.

Requirements:

• Native English speaker.
• Experience in teaching IELTS and SAT English courses to mainland Chinese students.
• Bachelor’s degree (major in Education or Languages). Master's degree in Education or language is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and organisational skills
• Highly motivated, good working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• At least 3 years of experience in teaching IELTS and/or SAT language courses.
• Experience in teaching in a multilingual environment and academic assessment.
