We are seeking talent individuals to join our pools of freelance trainers for our upcoming projects.

Trainer should have existing aclp/acta certification.

Training can be provided for those without experience

Our topics include cyber security, social media, AI, leadership and many others.

Our participants are generally adults above 40 / working adults.

Candidates should be willing to attend "train the trainer" sessions if any.

We welcome candidate that is keen to explore as our business partner to grow this business together.

1. Work hours

a. Wednesday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

b. Thursday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

c. Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM

2. Job Requirements

a. The trainer must be well versed with all housekeeping operations, cooking, baby care, elderly and rules.

b. Able assign and direct activities

c. Able to set up internal communications.

d. Able to ensure there is teamwork and productivity.

e. Able to work well under pressure in a busy environment.

f. Familiar with usage of laptop and mobile phones

3. Job Details

a. Manage the operations as per the schedule

b. Train helpers on baby or child care needs

c. Train helpers on elderly care needs

d. Train helpers on cooking (recipe and guide given)

e. Train helpers on housekeeping

f. Go through slides prepared for theory learning

g. Correct behaviours when they are wrong

1. To provide excellent training & coaching to TBA’s students in the areas of cognitive enhancement, brain development and holistic training.
2. Our training a) Develop Critical Thinking Skills: Enhance students' ability to analyze, evaluate, and synthesize information. b) Encourage Creative Thinking: Foster innovative thinking and the ability to generate original ideas. c) Improve Problem-Solving Abilities: Equip students with strategies to effectively tackle and solve problems. d) Promote Effective Communication: Strengthen students' skills in articulating their thoughts clearly and persuasively. e) Build Collaboration Skills: Encourage teamwork and the ability to work effectively with others.

5. To provide brain training that corrects and enhances learning skills.
6. To develop 3 main areas that determine a person’s success : Mindset, Skills-set and character of the students.
7. Provide academic remediation in English and Maths.
8. Training will be provided.

Requirements :

1.Tertiary education and Fluent in English.

This role with be a 9 Months Contract Role based in Singapore

Working Location will be West side.

Under Inclusion and Empowerment (I&E) department you will, help to run a program for Team Empowerment Program:

• Multiple cohorts of around 40 people each time will be invited to a journey of multiple months starting with a 2 days boot camp followed by multiple touch points.
• Bring a coherent posture, tools and methodologies across all managers with their teams
• Invite to a posture shift by practicing it, intensively and follow-up
• To help to accelerate the rollout we are looking for one position that could help to ease all the aspects for the program from logistic, documentation, execution and follow-up.
• Facilitator of the current curated 2 days boot camp and the follow-up session
• Trainer
• Co-designer for the follow-up and exchange with the I&E Head of Department to adapt
• Content creator for new modules
• Review & standardize the current modules to be shared with French Entities.
• Logistic & preparation for the multiple cohorts

Qualifications and Profile

• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in facilitation / Teaching and stakeholder management is required for this position.
