a. The trainer must be well versed with all housekeeping operations, cooking, baby care, elderly and rules.

f. Familiar with usage of laptop and mobile phones

3. Job Details

a. Manage the operations as per the schedule

b. Train helpers on baby or child care needs

c. Train helpers on elderly care needs

d. Train helpers on cooking (recipe and guide given)

e. Train helpers on housekeeping

f. Go through slides prepared for theory learning

g. Correct behaviours when they are wrong

This role with be a 9 Months Contract Role based in Singapore

Working Location will be West side.

Under Inclusion and Empowerment (I&E) department you will, help to run a program for Team Empowerment Program:

• Multiple cohorts of around 40 people each time will be invited to a journey of multiple months starting with a 2 days boot camp followed by multiple touch points.
• Bring a coherent posture, tools and methodologies across all managers with their teams
• Invite to a posture shift by practicing it, intensively and follow-up
• To help to accelerate the rollout we are looking for one position that could help to ease all the aspects for the program from logistic, documentation, execution and follow-up.
• Facilitator of the current curated 2 days boot camp and the follow-up session
• Trainer
• Co-designer for the follow-up and exchange with the I&E Head of Department to adapt
• Content creator for new modules
• Review & standardize the current modules to be shared with French Entities.
• Logistic & preparation for the multiple cohorts

Qualifications and Profile

• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in facilitation / Teaching and stakeholder management is required for this position.
• Methodologies: Heart of Agile, Management 3.0, Solution Focus, Host leadership
• Having a background around Intrinsic / Extrinsic motivation
• Delegation & priority management
• Agility from the culture perspective and not just on the process part
• Group dynamic and engagement
• Storytelling technics
