ABOUT YOU

• First and foremost, you are a people-focused person who enjoys building relationships at all levels and with all stakeholders, from interns to clients
• You should be an experienced researcher with around 5+ years of experience, ideally with some exposure to both quantitative and qualitative market/consumer research methodologies
• Solid experience in research-oriented tasks such as designing questionnaires, tab specs etc
• Ability to analyse data and create compelling client reports
• Some prior team management or mentoring experience
• Strong competencies in project management
• Ability to develop specialist knowledge which requires a keenness to learn and proactive self-development

Job Description:

• Conduct Chinese language lesson according to the teaching plan
• Plan and development teaching materials
• Chinese tutoring for students from Kindergarten 1 - Secondary 4
• Able to connect with students and children well
• Monitor and coaching student’s progress for feedback purpose
• Engage effective communication with parents regularly on student’s progress

Requirements:

• Diploma to Degree and above in Education/Chinese Language Teaching or equivalent
• Must have teaching experience and in a classroom setting
• Applicants must be passionate about education, responsible and self-motivated
• Good classroom management skills
• Committed to deliver lessons in excellence
• Able to work closely with teaching staffs and parents

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist Teachers in all aspects of classroom management eg. Care of equipment with resources well-labelled and accessible. Maintain a tidy, well
• organized room.
• To assist in creating an interesting and lively classroom to promote independent
• learning.
• To build positive links between yourself and parents of children under your care.
• To follow assigned work shift patterns of the centre.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Fundamental Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Have a passion for educating young children
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
