As a Senior Student Care Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the experiences of our students. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Implementing age-appropriate activities for children aged 7-11.
2. Assisting students with homework assignments and providing academic support when needed.
3. Facilitating our reflective reading, outdoor and various holiday programs.
4. Promoting a safe and inclusive environment where students can learn, play, and develop their social skills.

Job Description:

• To outreach and engage working people to up-skill and improve their employability or achieve their learning aspirations
• To propose suitable training solutions to customers via various channels (Social Media, Virtual Sessions, Telemarketing, and events.)
• To actively participate in assigned corporate events, road-show, class visits, and seminars

Scope of Services

The Services required are set out as follows:

Update and maintain the school website and school’s social

media platforms on a regular basis, updating notifications,

announcements and photo gallery, etc.

Perform day-to-day operations involving management of audio

visual systems and equipment, including Public Address (PA)

system and live broadcasting.

Provide filming and editing videos for school events and functions.

Produce videos for school needs such as event videos,

interviews, presentation videos, welcome videos and animation,

etc.

Assist in photo taking for school events and functions including

editing photos to meet the requirement and standards of the

school.

Design graphical and aesthetics aspect of contents for school’s

publication. (i.e. banners, posters, cards and magazines).

Assist in archiving of school media resources (e.g. school events)

and regular backup of schools data (where applicable).

Provide guidance to students on ICT or multimedia competitions.

Assist HOD ICT in the procurement of ICT equipment and

services and management of ICT related portals.

Support the School’s Corporate Communications team in content

creation

Support the School’s Broadcasting Club in providing guidance and

AV/photography/videography support in the coverage of school

events

Perform any other tasks and duties assigned when required by

the School’s Management to meet school’s ICT needs.

Qualifications:

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and

experience:

a) Candidate must register with MOE.

(b) Candidate should have a Diploma preferably in IT-related discipline.

(c) Have at least 3 years of relevant ICT.

(d) Good communication and inter-personal skills.

(e) Experience in managing school website or social media platforms.

(f) Proficient in photo and video editing software e.g. Adobe Photoshop,

Illustrator, Premier Pro & After Effects, etc.

(g) Able to operate and manage IT/AV equipment and have related ICT

skills or AV experience.

(h) Able to multitask, manage ad hoc IT and AV related requests,

support and hands on troubleshooting.
