About the role
This position is for an established professional in Customer Service, who works under general supervision in responding to customer calls. Resolves moderately complex inquiries, collects and analyzes customer data to determine customer trends, and makes recommendations forthe update of procedures to improve Customer Service processes. Escalates complex issues to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Works independently to administer and provide for proper contract and warranty fulfillment to ensure that company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications are met.
- Monitors estimates of material,equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules and outlines where changes need to be made to ensure that service contracts and product warranties are complete and accurate.
- Reviews moderately complex contractual rights and obligations for customers related to service contracts and product warranties to ensure that client requirements are met.
- Summarizes data and determines trends based on analyses of historical information regarding service contracts and warranties to identify problems and improve overall performance.
- Assists in finalizing the preparation of bids, process specifications, progress reports and other reports related to service contracts and product warranties to ensure that established quality and customer satisfaction goals are achieved.
- Work closely with factory to on warranty claims and technical resolutions
- Implement training programs: Work with regional training leader to reflect market training needs
- Delivering training sessions: Conduct training sessions yourself or coordinate with other trainers to deliver training to employees.
- Managing training materials: Responsible for delivering of training materials such as manuals, presentations, and online course to technicians in local language if required
- Tracking employee progress: Monitor employee progress through training programs and provide feedback to employees and their supervisors.
- Contributes as the subject matter expert for multiple products and services.
Requirements
As a Regional Warranty and Training Manager minimum you must have:
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- A minimum of 15 -20 years prior relevant experience in HVAC (Chiller)
- Knowledge in SAP
