Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tailored academic strategies, including course selection and study habits, to prepare students for future educational goals.

• Mentor students in personal development areas such as goal-setting, stress management, and time management.
• Build lasting relationships with students and families over 1-3 years, regularly assessing progress and success.
• Use online platforms like Slack to maintain communication and track student progress, ensuring mentorship sessions are impactful.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong command of English.
• High energy, exceptional social skills, and a genuine passion for working with youths. Experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentorship (including non-academic fields) is highly valued.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with in-person meetings in Singapore needed.
