Reports to Head of Human Resources
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented individual to join us as Head of Learning & Development. Reporting to the CHRO, you will be responsible for identifying learning needs, formulating, and executing strategies to drive learning excellence across SGX Group globally. You will be instrumental in equipping our staff with future-ready skills, knowledge, and capabilities to take SGX to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conceptualize, design, deliver and promote the learning framework and enterprise flagship programmes across SGX Group, covering the essential areas of Leadership, Professional and Technical development.
· Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to develop learning strategies to build capabilities and engagement that drives performance and results.
· Cultivate a strong organizational culture through the awareness and embedding of AIM (Accountability, Innovation and Making a Difference) behaviours across the organization.
· Define the digital/virtual learning strategy, partnering with various key functions and leveraging industry best practices to deliver cutting-edge approaches that deliver learning solutions that drive lasting impact and improve learning culture.
· Support the development of diversity and inclusion strategy, including the design and execution of flagship programmes.
· Drive best practices in performance management and encourage a culture of continuous development conversations and feedback between supervisor and employee.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and renowned institutions to clearly define requirements, design, and develop learning programmes and platforms, managing effective relationships and communications with key contacts to achieve the desired learning outcomes.
· Develop and execute project plans, timelines, milestones, and key measures for assigned deliverables and communications of designated programmes/projects.
· Manage programme roll-out, including communications to increase awareness and adoption of specific programmes or new processes.
Requirements:
· Passionate about helping people learn and realise their full potential.
· 10 - 15 years of experience in design and implementation of scalable learning solutions.
· Strong business acumen with extensive corporate experience in introducing and managing learning interventions, across multiple stakeholders and in large organizations.
· Experience in organisation development, talent management and employee engagement.
· Strong project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Strategic thinker and hands-on manager.
· Technologically savvy
· Strong team player.
· Degree in any discipline. IHRP certification or equivalent preferred.
