Minimum 10 year's of working experience in Singapore as M & E manager in large scale building / civil projects with main contractor in Civil Construction Projects.
Experience in Civil Building construction projects.
Job Description:
Oversee project execution,all aspects of M&E works.
Work closely with the clients, consultants and sub contractors on technical matters.
Manage M&E subcontractors submission of method of statements,drawings,materials,samples.
Coordinate with BIM team.
Responsible for site supervision and coordination of M&E works with other trades such of civil, structural or architectural.
Attend MEP and client/consultant meetings.
Review M&E tender documents and contract requirements including proposal for value engineering
Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
