M & E MANAGER

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relavant from a recognized University.
2. Minimum 10 year's of working experience in Singapore as M & E manager in large scale building / civil projects with main contractor in Civil Construction Projects.
3. Experience in Civil Building construction projects.

Job Description:

1. Oversee project execution,all aspects of M&E works.
2. Work closely with the clients, consultants and sub contractors on technical matters.
3. Manage M&E subcontractors submission of method of statements,drawings,materials,samples.
4. Coordinate with BIM team.
5. Responsible for site supervision and coordination of M&E works with other trades such of civil, structural or architectural.
6. Attend MEP and client/consultant meetings.
7. Review M&E tender documents and contract requirements including proposal for value engineering
8. Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
