About the Role:

Our client is hiring their first Lead Cloud AI Engineer to lead their efforts in the AI space. This person will work closely with the Data team to design, build, and deploy AI solutions that meet business needs. The role requires someone who can take ownership, build AI models from the ground up, and ensure successful integration with existing systems.

Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy AI and machine learning models from scratch to solve real-world problems.

• Manage data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI projects.
• Work with different teams to ensure AI projects align with business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in building and deploying AI models.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong skills in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R.
• Experience with DevOps practices and IaC tools.
• Background in the Financial Services or Payments industry is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant certifications in AI technologies are a plus.

Job Description

• Carry out 24 x 7 daily monitoring of the 3.5GHz C-Band RAN systems’ faults and alarms.
• Issue trouble tickets and track the fault resolution to ensure that any fault raised is responded to and resolved within the agreed SLA.
• Coordinate with telco partners to develop, implement and maintain processes/procedures for daily operations, system configuration and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with telco partners to assess, plan, align, schedule and implement Change Request (CR) raised by them.
• Generate monthly network performance and usage reports or any ad hoc reports upon request.
• Coordinate and work with the equipment vendor to test all gNode B software upgrade and patches with their respective 5G Core Network to ensure end to end compatibility.
• Coordinate with the equipment vendor to schedule a mutually agreed timeline to load the software upgrades/patches to the live network.
• Administer all system and user management functions of the 5G RAN OSS, which include:
• Access right of telco partners and the equipment vendors; Software and hardware upgrades; Security functionalities; System maintenance (such as database maintenance).
• For 5G Exploratory Platform (5GEP), to be the interface with IMDA to update on changes to network configurations, software versions and procedures.
• Coordinate with telco partners to support project implementation and network expansions.
• Interface with vendors and contractors on all operational and project support activities.
  

Job Requirements

• New graduate with NITEC, Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunication or related qualification or possess at least two years of related working experience.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge in telecommunication networks, knowledge of cellular network would be an advantage.
• Basic IP knowledge is highly preferred.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Research and analyze the project requirement, design the test case and develop test solution

• Take ownership of leading the quality of an assigned project and its features.

• Coordinate the execution of automated tests with a project’s testing cadence.

• Functional/ Regression testing verification.

• API and backend testing.

• Data analytics testing.

• UI and UX analysis and testing.

• Communicate with stakeholders and teammates of testing status and results.

• Contribute to collaboration with test automation team to continuously expand test coverage.

• Contribute to test case prioritization for manual and automated testing prioritization.

• Contribute to optimizing test case prioritization to increase testing velocity.

• Contribute to organisation’s Global QA improvement and project team’s quality process.

• Should have worked on Automation Tests for desktop based application

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor or Master Degree in IT/Computer Science or similar study background with 5 or more years of experience as a Software Developer Engineer in Testing (SDET)

• Good Knowledge of programming languages like Java, JavaScript and HTML

• Good to have knowledge on Banking or Finance.

• Expertise in automation testing tools like Selenium, Rest Assured , Cypress and Cucumber

• Expertise in BDD, Data Driven, Hybrid Test Automation Framework

• Hands on knowledge of desktop based app and its automation

• Able to adapt to changing business and project priorities.

• Proactive in bringing solutions to observed gaps in requirements and process.

• Proactive in test planning; able to identify and breakout tasks based on a test plan.

• Able to prioritize and execute QA tasks with minimal supervision.

• Execute tasks from QA lead or above.

• Mentor and guide junior level Associate QA Engineers and QA Engineers.

• Perform root cause analysis.

• Install and/or configure tests for systems.

• Optimize test cases for higher efficiency, especially for specific changes in code or features.

• Test client-server interaction.

• Test user behavior analytics.

• Analyze and test UI and UX requirements.
