Job Details :

• Shall provide daily on-site DESKTOP management and support services (“DESKTOP Support Services”) for all end-users’(including VIP users) End User Computing Devices (DESKTOP) which are used in the Customer’s environment with the Customer’s approval.

Network Engineer

The Network Engineer is responsible for analysing, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining and repairing of network infrastructure and application components. The incumbent performs a wide variety of evaluation, maintenance, installation and training tasks to ensure the computer network performance meets the satisfaction of the Company and users. The incumbent also provides direction, information and recommendations on network configurations and installations.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Network related incident and change management

• Responsible for the commission, de-commissioning and tech refresh of network devices

Requirement :

Network Administration Shall administer the network equipment, either on-site or remotely, which shall minimally include the following:

(a) Checking the logs of the network equipment and network links every morning to ensure no abnormal activities;

(b) Install, maintain and upgrade all hardware, firmware and software used;

(c) Apply software and security patches as prescribed in Part 2C Patch Management Requirements;

(d) Fine-tune the network or system parameters;

Perform NAC ClearPass administration for security posture check enforcement which minimally includes the following tasks.

Minimum Requirement:

• The Vendor’s support personnel who are managing the network must be trained and minimally be proficient in the following areas:

• Network fine-tuning, incident troubleshooting, interpretation of statistics and traffic pattern.

• IDS/IPS, CDN implementation and IPv6;
• (b) The Vendor network support engineer shall have at least three

Responsibilities:

The scope of Project Engineer shall include but not limited to the following:

• Manage the document review process, including collating comments from all reviewing parties and ensuring proper follow-up to the review comments.
