Responsibilities:

• Experienced with Archi/Structure/ID/Landscape/Finishing works
• Fast track project experience
• Able to do design coordination
• Familiar with authority submission / RI / TOP requirement
• Interprets plans, estimates costs and quantities of materials required.
• Assists in the development of Temporary Works Plans, designs, and drawings for construction projects
• Develops and studies architectural and engineering drawings to ensure that all specifications and regulations are followed.
• Liaises with architects, engineers and other technical colleagues to ensure that the design intentions are met.
• Knowledge of local regulations and engineering standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering related works.
• 1 year of experience in high-rise building projects will be an advantage.
